{"id":2647,"date":"2015-10-10T14:57:32","date_gmt":"2015-10-10T13:57:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/la-volpiliere.com\/blog\/?p=2647"},"modified":"2015-10-10T14:57:32","modified_gmt":"2015-10-10T13:57:32","slug":"plaisirs-dautomne-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/la-volpiliere.com\/blog\/plaisirs-dautomne-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Plaisirs d&rsquo;Automne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s une saison estivale torride , qu&rsquo;il est bon de retrouver les petits bonheurs de l&rsquo;Automne dans la douceur d&rsquo;une magnifique arri\u00e8re saison.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi ces moments de plaisir voici la confection de la p\u00e2te de coing et sa gel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>RECETTES<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e2te de coing<\/p>\n<p>-Choisir de beaux coings bien m\u00fbrs , les d\u00e9barrasser de leur peluche et les rincer sans les peler.<\/p>\n<p>-Les couper en 4 ou plus , les \u00e9p\u00e9piner et conserver les p\u00e9pins qui serviront de g\u00e9lifiant enferm\u00e9s dans une gaze.<\/p>\n<p>-Mettre les coings et les p\u00e9pins dans une bassine \u00e0 confiture , les couvrir d&rsquo;eau et cuire pendant 40 mn .<\/p>\n<p>-Puis retirer la chair avec une \u00e9cumoire et laisser bien \u00e9goutter pendant plusieurs heures pour la vider de son jus.<\/p>\n<p>-Conserver le jus obtenu pour la gel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>-Puis passer les fruits au moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>-Peser la pulpe obtenue et y ajouter son poids en sucre (roux de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence).<\/p>\n<p>-La partie la plus dure de cette recette commence alors.
